Students who show competency in performing ALL of the following material (one scale\/arpeggio; one harmonization; two repertoire) in their submitted recording will be placed into PCL 102.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u00a01. Technique:\u00a0 Perform<\/strong> a scale and triad arpeggio, hands together, 2 octaves, from ONE<\/em><\/strong> of these major keys:\u00a0 C, G, D, E, A, B<\/strong> (consult Major Scales<\/span> in Scales and Arpeggios)<\/a><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 2. Harmonize:<\/strong>\u00a0 Select one melody from these examples<\/a>.\u00a0 Harmonize, using the following example, in Keyboard style (3 notes in RH, single note in LH, with pedal).\u00a0<\/p>\n
